Entry into the I.T. industry as the LAN Admin of a small firm. Y2K updates were a huge focus at this time. In the end all supported clients as well as internal I.T. software and systems experienced 0 downtime as Y2K came and went.

Move Into the Enterprise
Movng from small business to full enterprise administration with a heavy focus on server uptime, backups, disaster recovery and business continuity. Core principals of Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability were learned and honed to be able to provide the highest level of support to the end users.

Realizing that small businesses had just as much reliance on their critical infrastructures as big corporations, but that funding often times prevented their ability to obtain enterprise level support, InnoTech was founded.
